Oxea Launches Oxfilm 351 Coalesceing Agent
Oxea has launched Oxfilm 351, a next generation coalescing agent that is virtually odorless and non-VOC. With a boiling point of 351¡ãC (664¡ãF), it has negligible contribution to a coating¡¯s VOC content. In addition, Oxfilm 351 is 10-20% more efficient in reducing the minimum film forming temperature (MFFT) than other coalescing agents, according to the company. Oxfilm 351 has been shown to be an efficient coalescing agent for a broad range of latex and coating types.
